Season Expectations

Our football community thrives on teamwork, commitment, and positive support.


By registering, parents and players agree to the following:

  • Commitment to Attendance: Players are expected to attend all practices, games, and team meetings unless excused by a coach.

  • Sportsmanship: We represent our school with pride — on the field, in the stands, and online.

  • Volunteer Participation: All parents are encouraged to support the team by signing up for volunteer opportunities (Team Meals, Concessions & Apparel, or Chain Gang).

  • Communication: Keep your contact information current so you never miss updates about games, events, or team announcements.

Booster meetings are scheduled every other week while we are in-season. Dates will be announced and added to the event calendar once the season starts.

Season Registration

We’re excited to kick off another great season of Williams Field High School Football!

 

Whether you’re a new family joining the program or a returning player, this registration process ensures we have all the information needed to keep communication smooth, manage rosters, and plan for a successful season on and off the field.

All players — Freshman, JV, and Varsity — must have a parent or guardian complete the online registration form each season.


Even if you’ve registered in previous years, please complete a new form so we can confirm updated contact information and player details.

Roster Registration

Register your athlete to add them to the team roster. This ensures that you will receive communications and updates from the team throughout the season.

Download this form to complete for your athlete's physical. This must be done once a year.

Aktivate Enrollment

Register your athlete with the Williams Field High School athletic program. This must be completed at the beginning of each season.

Football Gear and Equipment

 Willams Field High School Provides

  • Helmets

  • Pads

  • Practice Jersey & Pants

  • Game Uniforms

 

Player Provides

  • Cleats

  • Mouthguard (recommend 2)

  • Girdle

 

Players will receive school issued equipment prior to the first official day of practice.  Players are responsible for the upkeep of equipment throughout the season and should report any issues immediately to their coach.

Players may use their own shoulder pads and/or helmets. Helmets must be recertified every year.  <Insert vendor information>

Practice Information

Freshmen

Practices start before school at 6:25 AM and continue into first hour. Weight-lifting/conditioning will be second hour.

Football Academy study hall will start close to the end of August and is scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Thursday until 3:00 PM.

JV/Varsity

Practices start after school Monday to Friday from 3:00 - 5:00 PM. Weight-lifting/conditioning will be sixth hour.

There will be practice and games during Fall Break. Please plan for your player to be in attendance.

Game Day

Freshmen play on Wednesday starting at 6:00 PM.

JV plays on Thursday starting at 7:00 PM.

Varsity plays on Friday starting at 7:00 PM.

Team Meals are provided on Game Day after school in the Cafeteria from 2:30 - 3:30 PM. Parents are encouraged to volunteer for team meal.

You must purchase a ticket to attend all games.

Academic Eligible in-season players can attend games free of charge using their student ID.

Parents that volunteer at the games for Concessions, Apparel, or Chains receive free entry to the games they volunteer for.
